All right, welcome to the Carl Jackson Show. This is your daily dose of objective truth in a world of confusion and lies. I've got so much that I want to talk to you about. But first and foremost, let's start off with the obvious, happy Veterans Day. I want to say this, and I've shared this story plenty of times on air. I'm so grateful to all of you out

there that have served. Those are you that are serving so appreciative of you. When I was younger,

I had the opportunity to go to the Army. And I basically signed up and then I had to go to

Tampa, I believe it was. And then they were going to ship me to boot camp.

Well, basically, I started thinking about I was a hot head at that time.

I was a hard head.

And I got in my head and then just basically decided not to go.

I started thinking, man, you know, one of these guys yells at me.

I'm going to flip. I don't know what I'm going to do that, you know, all of these things, you know,

and I had scored pretty well on, I forget what the name of that test is. I think the ASVAB test. So I was

going to go on a basically this buddy system with a, with a friend of

mine, if that would have even happened for the army. But I decided not to go. He actually did,

too. He later enlisted in the, in the Air Force. So happy Veterans Day, Mr. Mark Muccia.

But so he ended up going, I did not, I did not go. And I regret it.

I regret it. I mean, the discipline, the drive, the determination that so many of people that were

enlisted, I see afterwards, you know, afterwards when they get out and,
