Summary

Serial entrepreneur Alex Gobel and his team saw a gap in the Luggage Industry for affordable luggage. But instead of focusing strictly on the product, they wanted to empower people to go travel by making it fun & exciting. So he did something different, he made the customer the Hero of the story, not the luggage. In this episode, you learn the inside entrepreneurial story of how he and his team went about building a new brand that's revolutionizing the Luggage Industry. He discusses technology choices, sales, marketing, mistakes made along the way, and how to keep the focus on the customer.
