We're keeping an eye on Morgan Stanley's shares.

Net income fell 53% to 1.13 billion. That works out to 55 cents a share. It was $1.18 a year earlier.

Profit this quarter was higher than the 47 cent average estimate

of analysts surveyed by Bloomberg and that has shares in Oregon Stanley

up 2%.

Pepsico posting its first quarter profit, beating analyst estimates.
