today's topic, Vegan Passover Vegan Sater. And you can say that it's part of a larger theme

if you want to consider it part of a three part series ish. The topic of the vegan Passover,

Passover Sater has been in the queue for a very long time as has its sister topic Jewish cuisine.

And you may recall that I did a four part series on Italian cuisine and that was the beginning

of such episodes. There's so much to say about various cultures and cuisines and their plant-based

roots and dishes around the world and I wanted to start or at least expand from the Italy episode

to Passover and then we'll go into Jewish cuisine more generally but I wanted to start with Passover

because it's coming up and it's something I'm looking forward to very personally and it's been

something that's been part of my life personally for this particular Sater for this particular

Passover David and I are driving down to Los Angeles to help prepare when I say we were both

driving down but I'm probably gonna be doing most of the preparation with my friend for the Sater
