It's been that kind of week, slash month, slash quarter, slash year. So why not? We pop some

bottles and we're starting off with some VC talk. There is a story about VCs hiring ghost riders

for thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars to write their tweets. And then really

interesting story, Molly, about VCs investing, VCs like Sequoia and interest in her. It's investing

in publicly traded companies now because hey, maybe it's a great opportunity or they can't find

great late stage deals for their growth funds. Yeah, use this bounce along the bottom to scoop up

the companies you wish you had invested in the first time around. Yeah, it's very interesting.

Then we're going to dive into a little bit of metaverse talk with the possible warning for

founders. It turns out that at least one highly capitalized and got a lot of press startup,

metaverse startup, Decentraland, doesn't have that many daily users. Let's just let's not

a rough little rough. I mean, you know, at least these web three projects sometimes they have

incredible sales when they sell the land or the tokens of the NFTs and then they don't actually

have user adoption and that's really put in the cart before the horse. You're making the money

and then you're trying to get product market fits. It's usually better the other way around. Finally,

Netflix has got their ed tier out and I think this might even be worthy of a J-Trade dare, I say.

Done, done, done. I don't know soon enough and then Rachel comes on. She's got another segment of

Okay Boomer to talk to Saturday founder Cliff Learner and this idea that just keeps coming around

of just using your location to find your friends. I love it. Yeah, every two or three years,

another company tries to take a stab at this and we'll see if this year, if it actually works,
