Colgan. Hi guys. So, yeah, I have a fantastic guest on this week, an old friend of mine, but before we get

into that I kind of wanted to share a little story with you. So Stuart P. Miller from Columbus, Ohio.

He was staying with me.

We're in New York.

And yeah, he really wanted to cook Wiener Schnitzel,

but I already had eaten. So we didn't eat

Wiener Stitzel last night. So I go to sleep and I wake up and Stu woke up extra early like I'm talking like 6 a.m. and made

Wienerschnzel and then left the leftovers out on the table for me and then he got on a plane and he flew to California.

So now I'm stirring at a Tupperware full of Wiener Schnitzel that Stuart P. Miller was very, very proud of.

So I kind of wanted to share that story with you because I'm kind of soft on the whole winter

schizel thing but yeah I'm kind of deciding whether I'm going to eat it or not.
