Now among companies moving on corporate news, Facebook jumping 11 percent, it reported sales and profit that Blue Pass analyst estimates business spent for in video ads on its main mobile app.

Also St Jude Medical surging about 25%.

Abbott Labs agreed to buy it in a deal that values the maker of heart devices

at $25 billion. And once again, we check a futures this morning despite a

number of these merger announcements this this Thursday morning

S&P futures right now they are down 13, that's down 7 tenths of a percent.

The down future is down 139th and the NASDAQ futures 15 points lower.
