Two major arts organizations are hosting a community open house today to celebrate their joining of forces.

Last month, Seattle Theater and the Fifth Avenue Theater announced a new partnership in which STG has taken over management of the iconic downtown venue.

The Fifth Avenue Theater will still produce musicals as it has for decades,

but moving forward, programming will also include concerts, comedy, and other performances.
