We're going to be having a bunch of fun today.

Talk about, well, guns and shooting and the second amendment and gun rights and what's

going on in the courts, because there's a lot of stuff going on in the courts.

It's pretty crazy.

What's happening right now?

In fact, and I said this several times, it just continues to be true.

We have never seen the kind of action in the courts we're seeing right now on the second

amendment.

And that's all because we were living in this post-Bruin landscape after this Supreme

Court issued its decision in the Bruin case last year and what they really did is they

came back and said, look, the hell or decision we meant that, 2008, we really didn't mean

that.

You guys didn't pay attention in the lower courts and you made up your own rules.

So we're going to come back and tell you one more time.

And the Bruin decision really didn't change the rules after heller.
