Now we have a special guest on today, Justin Martin of Thinkwell. Hey, Justin. How are you? Hey, Justin. Hi. How is everybody doing? Yeah, all right. Excited to have you on, Justin. Having never visited Volcano Bay, I'm still really excited to talk about because from what I've seen it looks amazing. It's beautiful. Yeah, I know I'm very happy with it myself, so I'm excited to talk to everybody about it. Excellent. Having visited a few times, I'm excited, you're on here too. This is our resident Volcano Bay expert.

Now, Justin, we wanted to bring you on to talk about Volcano Bay as we recently had the anniversary of the opening of Universal's first water theme park.

So before we get into Volcano Bay, can you give the listeners a brief history of your history

in theme parks, and what led you up to working on Volcano Bay?

Yeah, absolutely.

I guess really, to start, I started going to Orlando, originally from New Jersey,

I started going to Orlando for vacation, I think maybe when I was about five or six, for, you know, a couple times every few years and kind of just became a family vacation every year. And my mom always tells me that all she ever heard me say was, I want to work for Disney. I want to work for Disney. want to just translated, I think, to, you know,

I wanted design theme parks at, I just had no idea at the time. So kind of just my whole life,

I've only wanted to design themed entertainment experiences. And then eventually came time to go to

school, went to school at Savannah College of Art and Design, got a degree in production design, which is just scenic design.

And we were part of the first degree also to get a minor in themed entertainment design.

So specifically what I was looking for, which couldn't have been more perfect.
