me on 30, really on 10 minutes, what is this podcast going to be? It's going to be a post-mortem for

the U.S. And there's probably like seven different podcasts that could have been done after varying

points of the game. So trying to stay organized here, I certainly don't envy your job as host of

this program tonight because it could go in a million different directions. We'll just let it go

in a few different directions. I mean, I just would say this, big picture here, huge win for the U.S.

Young U.S. team hasn't played that many games together, has played, you know, these guys are playing

for big clubs, but they don't have anything on their resume really yet until tonight, down twice

against Mexico. Come back to win. Christian Policic earns a penalty an extra time. VAR calls it

Policic converts it. And then Ethan Horvath, substitute goalkeeper, comes on in this game because

Zach Steffen gets injured, big saves late in the game, and then saves a penalty from Andreas

Gordado that could have tied the game late and sent this game to a penalty kick shootout.

And it's exhausting. I feel exhausted. It's such a, I don't care who you were rooting for in this

game. It was an epic USA, Mexico, classical. And I think both teams are going to remember this for

a while. And obviously the stakes weren't crazy high. It's the nation's league first trophy of
