At this moment in time, I'm a little bit more than six weeks away. Three weeks of hard work, three weeks of taper, and I feel good.

about it. There's been a major shift in a couple of things from my training perspective,

working on the legs. I hate doing leg work. Any real runner, whatever.

If you run, you're a runner.

But anybody that's training for something, trying to avoid injury, more than likely, you also are doing legwork.

More than likely, you hate legwork.

But it has been a total game changer.

Last week, I ran about 60 miles in a week.

And outside of a race week, that's the most I think I've ever run in a week. And when I say race week, like if I ran a 50K or if I went out, you know, it could have clearly jumped me over 60. But I was healthy and I felt great. And I mean, running a 20-mile or never feels great. But it's like, I mean, I felt good.

I was able to just come right back.

And I think legwork has been just an absolute game changer.
