“Podcasting is a connection that can't be built elsewhere,” says Scout Sobel, Founder of Scout’s Agency. After struggling with her mental health, Scout didn’t know where she fit in the workspace. It wasn’t until she was introduced to podcasting that Scout finally recognized her calling. For Scout, podcasting has been the catalyst to her success. As the co-host of the popular Okay, Sis Podcast and owner of a successful agency, Scout’s involvement in the podcasting world helped her debut book The Emotional Entrepreneur reach the top of the charts on Amazon.
As a trailblazer in the industry, Scout has learned how to utilize podcasts as a powerful form of PR to help other female entrepreneurs share their stories and expand their businesses. With what started as 2000 cold emails, Scout’s Agency has become a leading agency in just under 3 years. Whether you are hosting your own podcast, or appearing as a guest, Scout explains that podcasting is one of the deepest forms of connection. Not only do you get to network with others, but podcasting gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to present themselves and their businesses in an authentic and uninterrupted way.
Tune into this episode of DearFound Her… for an enlightening conversation about the world of podcasting. Learn more about how podcasting has the ability to deepen connections, expand your network, and turn you into a sought after thought leader in your industry.
