What's up, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of the Action Academy podcast,

For anybody that is brand new to the show, my name is Brian Lubin. In March of 2022,

I left a six-figure corporate position to travel full-time around the world while building my own companies from zero to $10 million a year. Right now we are currently at two. And so now I spend my free time traveling

full time around the world while helping you guys buy your time and your freedom back. The topic of

today's episode is a framework that I use whenever I am faced with a really sticky, huge problem. This could be a financial problem. This could be a

business problem. But whenever you're in the business of entrepreneurship, you are in the business

of solving problems. So any day of the week, you're either going to be faced with problems

that you weren't expecting or you're going to be proactively trying to solve problems that haven't

happened yet. And that is business.

Is you're solving problems and the more expensive problem you solve, the more money that you get.

The more you fix a small business, the more the multiple is going to increase.

The more you fix a commercial property, the more your equity is going to increase.

This process has helped me so many times.

And hopefully after today's episode, it's going to be able to help you

too so that you're not stressed out you're not overwhelmed and you can go into 2025 with a tactical

game plan because the only time analysis paralysis actually exists is when you're unclear about what

you're trying to do i call this process chunking and as always we're going to start with this story

with my pain to demonstrate how this works in real life.
