0:28.6	variant syndrome. I'm going to talk about it. It's going to be a pretty quick video, but polyacidistical

0:39.8	okay, and that means that you're going to get facial hair, that means that you're going to get

1:56.6	then high energy. So because what happens when you give women with PCOS a certain ratio of these two,
2:04.8	40 myel to 1 decarol, you can improve the symptoms of PCOS and improve fertility and improve weight
2:15.1	and improve acne. Also, you can increase the quality of the egg in PCOS to improve fertility,
2:24.3	so that is the remedy I'm going to recommend. I'm not going to recommend any brand, but you can
2:28.9	find your own brand, but just make sure it is a 40 myel to 1 decarol nositol. That's what I would
2:36.7	recommend taking, but this is not going to work unless you also do healthy keto and in a minute
