1:27.5	Russia but would help protect Ukrainian land.
1:30.7	Today I'm announcing that the United States will be sending 31 Abrams
1:35.6	tanks to Ukraine. The Abrams tanks are the most capable tanks in the world.
1:40.4	They're also extremely complex to operate and maintain. So we're also giving
1:45.4	you Ukrainian the parts and equipment necessary to effectively sustain these
1:49.2	tanks on the battlefield. And we'll begin to train the Ukrainian troops on
1:53.6	these issues of sustainment, resisting cosmeatness as soon as possible.
