Diplomacy with Iran divides traditional allies.

Hello again, I'm Aronalni, and this is To the Poit from Public Radio International.

A daily look at the issues Americans care about most. Nuclear talks will resume tomorrow between Iran, the U.S. and five other countries, and the rhetoric

is heating up on all sides. While the U.S. says an agreement is close, France says Iran's path to

a bomb would still be too easy. Israel says the deal is a threat to its very existence. Arab nations,

including Saudi Arabia, are taking Israel's

side. In Congress, even some Democrats want to increase economic sanctions not to relax them,

as the proposed agreement would do. Why are the U.S. and traditional partners so divided? Is a deal

or the lack of a deal, most likely to lead to war? Today's talking point, the latest diet from Silicon Valley contains no food.
