Hey, I was out running and sometimes in the fall you can get surprised by a little heat

and I started off a little bit later than I'm accustomed to and so I would say that

I'm more of a fair weather runner with all the morning runs.

But gosh, it just reminded me of how critical it is to stay hydrated.

Why make it any harder than it needs to be?

Because once your body crashes, it is hard, very hard to get it back.
