Realtors been struggling the last two years. Yeah, I'll tell you about real estate right now

in last couple of years and where it's trending is richer and older. The average homeowner

has 44 times the net worth of the average renter. 2010 was literally the worst time to be a

realtor. A lot of 25-year-olds don't realize this. Money's not that hard to find today. Good money's

going to be looking for rates of return. Yeah, looking for opportunity. So guess what? So what? What's going on, wealth matters today? I have got the guy who owns

the largest real estate training company in the world for realtors. They've trained over three

million realtors. He's also a real estate investor himself, been in the business for over 29 years.

Hey, great to be with you. Hey, I'm happy to have you here because, dude, I mean, you've been in the

game a really long time. And so I love to hear how it happened and then what you see happening.

What's the future look like? Right. What does the future look like? I mean, let's talk about the present day.

I mean, realtor's been struggling the last two years. Yeah. Interesting. You know, I'm actually,

I started in real estate 39 years ago and I'm 29 years in coaching. Got it. In the coaching

business. And so I love it, been around it, you know, buy and fix and selling. Last year, there were more records set in

real estate than ever before. But very interesting records. And from a statistical standpoint,

what I'll tell you about real estate right now in the last couple of years and where it's trending

is richer and older. It's not good for young people.

Not good for young people.

And it's kind of really kind of bugs me a bit.

The average first time buyer last year was 38 years old.

Wow.
