Curry Rhodes kicked off this week's episode of Raw because of course it is the road to

WrestleMania and not only to be pointed signs, but the idea of Raw and smackdapping

separate brands go out the window, but the best part, at the start of Raw was over

And quite clearly, somebody from WWO Cup this morning and went, I think we need to book some matches. Boy howdy did you get some bouts. Cody Rhodes of course got cheered as he did go to the ring because some of the reactions on the internet are wildly crazy. And before he could say much of anything, who interrupted, if you have not seen raw, I'll give you a few seconds. If you didn't say Stephanie McMahon, you'd be totally wrong. Even I was like, why is Stephanie McMahon coming out? It was a little bit confusing.

Now, of course, Randy Orton has been on the phone to somebody, so I guess it could be Stephanie. We'll get to that in just one second because it would be a little bit weird given what happened here. And ultimately, Stephanie was like, Cody, you do not know what you're getting yourself into here. Randiorn has become the viper again. and this version of code looks at me right now, he is not good enough to stand up to him.

To kick things off as well, McMahon had also gone Cody, I've got some stuff to say to you and you're not going to like it. I was like, well, clearly you don't give a damn because you've come to the ring to begin with. So just say what you've got to say, everybody calm down. When of course he tied into the fact that Randy Orton is a multi-generational talent,

so it's definitely McMahon, and so is Cody Rhodes. And listen, Codes, it's great that you took the golden path, but that's the other problem we've got here. Randy Orton is on the path of death, and he wants to murder it on. The only way you were going to be able to stand up to him is if you start copying him, so I guess Cody would have to become a Python or something like that.

When Cozac, let me just get a few things off my chest here. It is no longer a teacher-student dynamic. And actually, if you do want to dive into my path with Randy Orton, I could give you many a story where I basically had to keep him alive when he's referring to the point when Randy every now and then backstage would go off the rails. So he's not afraid of this, he's not afraid of his father, and I'm not afraid of you, Stephanie McMahon. And if you want to talk about dads, well, let's just say, you're nothing like yours either. And Stephanie slapped him. I was like, well, all things considered, I'm not going to get into it here. I'm not entirely sure that was an insult. He doubled down, though, and told Cody he needs to go and find some edge, not Adam Copley, he went to AW. And just when it looked like she was going to leave, Cody grabbed her arm and said, I've got two words for you. And of course, the crowd went suck it. Can you imagine if Cody wrote said, suck it? I would have died and you'd never

seen me again, but he said, thank you. I guess he must have agreed. So here is the deal. I thought in terms of what they both did out there and playing their roles, it was very good, but in terms of the segment itself, well, no, sir, I didn't like it. I say, though, mine's definitely the man being back on TV, especially because it could tie into that phone call with Randy Orton.

But we'll just start there.

If it is definitely a McMahon on the other end of the phone, then you gave the reveal away, and surely Stephanie would have mentioned this. But also, my biggest problem with it is that everything that Cody Rhodes was saying, I was like, don't say that to Stephanie McMahon. I want him to say that to Randy Orton. I've been going on

about this for years because I am a boring person. I want him to say, hey Randy, remember that time you wrecked the hotel room because you were a nut job and it was me. Cody Rhodes. One time was was your trainee who had to go in there and sort it out. So don't act all big boy now, Mr. Big boy Barry, you know what you did, and I know what I did, so you need to calm down.
