When I finished the ladies episode of Monday Night Raw and I was getting ready to record

ups and downs, I thought myself maybe I should just take the intro from last week's show

and re-run it because what's good for world wrestling entertainment is surely good enough

for me.

And once again, as I always say, how is SmackDown such a wonderful enjoyable rollercoaster

ride after you tune into Monday Night's, and you have zero idea what's going to happen.

Now I'll be honest with you, sometimes that's quite fun as well, but it also really

hurts your brain.

But before we do get there, please do head over to the community tab on what coach wrestling

's YouTube page and vote for this week's retro ups and downs because you have chosen

Wrestlemania 13.

That's a good choice.

Unforgiven 2006 was a bit random, it does have detour to the next versus the McMan's

in a hell in a cell.

The entire KTVX saga, which makes me very, very sad, I have a horrible feeling I know

what's going to win, or Judgement Day 2001, and that is a Simon Miller pick because it's

literally basically going to be 20 years to the day, come this Sunday, so it's always

nice to be topical, but I don't think I have a cannon hell's chance.

However we'll get to that later in the weekend for now, we take the finger of power and

let's up those downs for the latest episode of Raw.

I laughed at the start of Monday Night Raw and I'll be honest with you, I don't think

that was the intention.
