So happy New Year, my friends. We've all made in 2006, which actually is quite a blessing when you do think about it.

Also, it's a very big month for me, because in a few weeks, I have been making wrestling content for about 10 years. So we all should cry from our seeing devices, but also go, that's not a bad run. And I know, there's always that one guy going, you'd be making content for a decade. You're still not very big. All right, there's not much I can do about that.

But the better news is that our first show of 2006 is AEW Dynamite, and who came out to kick things off? It was our brand new champion MJF. And actually, that's kind of like a trend at the moment. If you want to feel warm and fuzzling your tum-tum, all of a sudden AW or WWE, a lot of wrestling promotions will give you a new title holder.

So yes, for the 10th year in a row, which is totally nuts. Let's take the finger of power, give the good bits and up, the bad bits of down. Now, MJF is a weird dude because quite clearly he'd hired somebody to take off his fur coat, like we saw him pull off in a vehicle before he walked to the ring and someone just went, ta-da, and undressed him when, of course, he got into the ring and he was all like,

ha ha, I am the brand new world heavyweight champion. I do have my triple B back and hangman and

swerb and Samoa Joe. You've got all these cool nicknames for yourself and that's all great,

but only one name matters to me, and that's being a chap. MGF basically put himself over for a few minutes and also called his opponent donkeys. So no wonder of all the people, Kelly Omega appeared on the big screen, because he probably heard this going, you can't call me a donkey, I find that very offensive, although I tell you this. Of all the people that could have interrupted MGF, I was not ready for Kelly, and it actually made me go, well, that's very intriguing. I am intrigued because I'm an idiotic.

Now, my anger actually made me go, well, that's very

Now, Magh actually went full on here because he said, look, I know that I'm closer to the end of my career, that I am at the start, but I can't retire thinking, oh, why didn't I go after the World Championship one last time? Because MGF, you are not the guy that you once were, and I'm certainly not, so even if I have to climb my way back to the

tippity top, I will see you soon. I massively appreciated this. Kenny and Meggin's not, though, he's title shot. He's going to earn his way there, and given that we are the start of the brand new year, if wrestling as a whole, could have that as a trend, as opposed to someone going, hello, good sir,

could I please have a championship opportunity and a champion with a heel or face going, of course, my old boy, and that's absolutely fine. I, for one, would like it. No, M.GF just laughed this off because, ha ha, Kenny couldn't even be bothered to come to the ring, because he's a big scaredy cat. When Hangman and Paige swirped Strickland did come to the ring, but my gosh,

So once again, we are moving away from Geese title shot when Hangman and Swirb broke free and blessed M.JF, he couldn't have ran faster. Although this cowboy's crazy. He got the microphone and he said, hey, MGF, just so you know, I'm going to strangle you. Somebody call the cups.

Swerf Strickland promise the same, so we're going to see a murder when Samo Joe popped up with a big screen. And he was having a meltdown because how dare you two be so damn disrespectful? I am the rightful number one contender. And by the way, I've got Hook to my right, and I've got Will Hobbs to my left. and Hook is coming after you, hangman.

This didn't phase, stripped an old page at all, because the cut-long story short, they said, well, how about next week, we have a lights out match, and my legs actually went wibbly jibbley. You remember Hangman v. swerve when they were doing one-on-one lights out matches, but now they're
