| 1:26.4 | It was a hot one today, man. I'm doing really well. It's exciting to have some Giants content being pushed out there, but, you know, it's still mini-camp, mandatory minicamp, but minicamp. So just gearing up for the season, man, and I'm excited for 2021. Me too, man, me too. This team has given us a lot to be excited about. Obviously, there's the overarching and overhanging concerns that we're going to have until we see it on the field regarding Jason Garrett, regarding the offensive line, regarding Daniel Jones. And those obviously mean a lot, but everything else seems to be in place. And there's a lot of excitement to build on certain things. Like the defense can certainly get better this year. We'll talk about a lot of that with what Patrick Graham said and what some of the players would have looked like out there, specifically Aziz O'Gilario, I think, is going to acclimate himself really quickly. But before we do any of that, let's dive into some news and notes first. The preseason schedule for the Giants has been finalized. They'll open on August 14th with the Jets. They're going to play the Browns at 1 p.m., which is an odd time to play a preseason game on August 22nd. I believe that's a Sunday. Then they're going to play the Patriots to wrap it up on August 29th. Remember, only three preseason games this year because 17 regular season games. But more interesting than that, they're going to finally bring back the joint practices. That's something that's very Belichekian, Patriots have been doing that for a while. Giants did it at one point when they did joint practices with the Lions a few years back. But they haven't done it recently. And this year, obviously last year they couldn't do it with COVID, though I think that's something that Joe Judge wants to do. |
