It's Monday, November 20th, 2023. An update from Israel. A different picture of January 6th could be on the way,

and my observations from a major event in Iowa. Next on the AM Update. Quick note to begin. Today's AM update is a little different. It was a bit of a slow news weekend,

but that's good because the vast majority of today's episode will be a highlight and my

observations from the Family Leader's Thanksgiving Family Forum, which took place in

Des Moines, Iowa on Friday.

That event featured GOP primary candidates, Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramoswamy, and Nikki Haley.

You'll hear more about that in just a few moments.

But first, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is reportedly trying to quell an uprising from

far-right members of his government over his concession to send about two trucks of fuel per day into Gaza before securing the release of hundreds of hostages still held by Hamas.

Netanyahu is facing mounting pressure from Biden and the West, reportedly agreeing on Friday to send 60,000 liters of fuel or about two trucks per day into Gaza in order to prevent the sewer system from collapsing and deter further humanitarian crises.

That represents about 3.5% of the amount of fuel allowed into Gaza before the war.

Israel's finance minister is deemed allowing fuel into Gaza, quote, a grave mistake.

He argued Netanyahu's war cabinet, which consists of three people, including the prime minister himself,

should be expanded so that all seven parties in the coalition government could have a seat.

House Republicans will make public most of the security footage captured on Capitol Hill on January 6th of 2021, following through on their pledge to give Americans access to the videos.

That was an announcement on Friday from Speaker Mike Johnson, who said that 40,000 to 44,000 hours of footage from Capitol Hill taken on January 6th will be posted online in a rolling basis.

on video will be blurred to protect them from retaliation and roughly 5% of the footage will be

withheld because it contains sensitive security information. The release of these troves of additional

CCTV footage is expected to continue to paint a different picture of what happened on January 6th

than what the media has reported to this point. According to a statement from the Carter Center,
