0:23.1	as Keith LaVelle Bibs.
0:25.1	On October 18, 1983, Keith was found dead with three other young men at an abandoned
0:30.4	farm in rural Newton County, Indiana.
0:33.2	They were all victims of serial killer Larry Eiler, also known as the Highway Killer.
0:38.7	Keith was only 17 years old at the time he disappeared from Chicago and was identified
