Putin pulled another epic diplomatic and miltary move yesterday by recognizing Donetsk and Luhansk as soverign nations. President Biden responded with swift sanctions on Russias access to work financial markets. But what makes this such a baller 4D chess move is that Russia (technically) hasn't done anything wrong and has now moved Russian troops into these newly recognized nations without a shot fired.
