Last week was just a solo episode with myself.

Rory is back, refreshed and ready to go.

Yeah, I wouldn't say my legs are refreshed

because I did a lot of trail running,

a lot of climbing there in Colorado,

but it is good to be back in town and into a routine.

Yeah, where did you go in Colorado?

This time I spent quite a bit of time in Denver area,

and Golden.

Okay.

But I was also in Durango, Silverton a little bit,

and yeah, just log some good mountain runs and then also did one

marathon workout on the roads. Where did you run while you're there you know any of

the trails I'm not really too familiar with it? Well I guess guess the best part that I did was I want to say it's

outside the Denver area.
