It's where I introduce you to some tool, resource, podcast, restaurant, piece of gym equipment, snack, something that I find valuable that I want to share with you because it's changed the game for me. Headspace, calm. There's a lot of cool apps out there, some sort of guided meditation or

visualization. And don't overwhelm yourself with the differences between meditation, visualization

and all these other things, mindfulness. Just practice sitting still and focusing. All right, that's all

it really is at the end of today. Now, given that you are doing this already, you're probably

wondering like, what am I putting you up on game on? All right? So let me sort of explain. You

guys have heard me again talk about the importance of morning routines as well.

And I am someone who believes very strongly in having prescripted and consistent morning routines that remain the same through time.

Now, that doesn't mean you don't switch them up or, you know, add to them, take away,

restructure based on your current reality. I'm a big believer in that as well. But I do believe

there needs to be some form of consistency that flows throughout your morning routine. So with that

said, I noticed I was struggling a little bit

to do my meditation in terms of like, I just wasn't doing it consistently and I was trying to.

But what will happen is sometimes when you're not doing something, you'll jump to like,

oh man, I'm messing up, right? Like, oh, man, there's something wrong with my mindset and

this and this and that. But sometimes that's not the case. Sometimes it's a practical,

strategic problem, right? Sometimes your timing's off. Sometimes you don't have your system set up

correctly. And sometimes it's just a matter of restructuring some things and having everything
