I'm your host Corey Muscarra and in today's episode we're going to talk about unwinding the tension in your nervous system.

First, let's settle in together with the sound of the bells. Okay, so today we're talking about really learning to unwind the tension that just get

spilt up in our being, our nervous system, our mind and our body.

I think we're all familiar with that tension that can accumulate over time.

And there are a lot of reasons why that can happen.

But one of the main causes is just a consistent living out of alignment with our moment to moment needs,

a consistent overriding of what something deep in us knows we need or is inspired to do.

And this could take the form of just like knowing that you need a vacation or time off or time to stop but pushing a little bit more

doing a little bit more work trying to seize the opportunity to get more done.

And, you know, that pattern over and over

of pushing a little bit harder or overriding this intuitive knowing.

There's no better way I can put it.

It's just this sense of what I need or what would be right for me.

Just inconsistency with that, not listening to that,

pushing beyond or ignoring that voice.

This in my experience is one of the leading things

causing this attention we accumulate over time.

And so one of the best ways to unwind

that accumulation of tension is to slowly come back into alignment with yourself, to

attune to yourself and your needs and start listening to that soft, subtle, precious voice in your being.
