Welcome, welcome, welcome to our introduction to our podcast. This is crazy, Zena. I cannot believe it. It feels so great to finally be sitting in front of the microphone.

We've been working on this for months.

Like even before we announced the idea of having a podcast, we've been doing a lot of like

behind the scene stuff, research, and it just feels great to finally be in this moment.

Like I actually started listening to podcasts.

I'm like, what world is this?

I never even knew it existed. It's a crazy world. And it's so nice because it's just like, you know, you have two girls just talking about what's going on in the world. But the whole point of our podcast is to give a woman a voice. Like we want people to come on here. Just talk about random issues. Like, what's going on? Exactly. I feel like it's so easy to feel like you're alone in the world.

Yes.

And like the things that you're going through, so many other people are going through.

So it's nice to have this platform where we can make women feel like they're not alone.

Like they're going through things with other people.

Exactly. I think it's just like more of like a place to even just meet new friends and just to get

to know everybody because I feel like we have the same people holding the same mic.

And I just thought like there's so much more talent out there.

There's so much more women with so many more stories.

Let's just, you know, hand over the mic and give us that.

But I think we should introduce ourselves, too. I mean, do you want to start? My name is Dunya.

I mean, we're not giving any social security numbers or ages here, are we? Because I don't think I want to.

I would say that, you know, to start off, I was born and raised in Chicago. I love this city.

And I am an accountant full time. But on the side, I just like to do me. I like to do my own thing.

And like this was an amazing thing initiative to fill out my weekend. And I love it. And of course, if you know me on Instagram, I love to read. And that's

all I do in my spare time. So that's basically me. And I just love meeting new people. I love
