Summary

Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004, was a typical day for Joan Vance as she was finishing her shift at the Sundowner Gift store in Tucumcari, NM. She was supposed to meet her daughter that evening but she never showed up. Joan was attacked by an unknown assailant on that fateful day.
