Hi, I'm Anne Coulter. Welcome to my substack. I'm interviewing Kevin Sebet, whom I interviewed last year in May for your second book called Smokescreen. And now it's your newly published third book, A Nation Under the Influence, which I have almost finished, but not quite.

But oh, boy, I got a lot to ask you about just from that point.

I should also say to remind everyone, Kevin was surprisingly enough, he served as White House

Office of National Drug Control Policy under both Bush and Obama

and has been an assistant professor at Yale University Medical School. So first of all, I sent

you that video, the video of one of these idiot Silicon Valley guys trying to achieve eternal

life, Ryan Johnson, which, by the way, but 48, you ought to be

holding up just fine. Anyway. Also, why? Why? It sounds very depressing.

Forever. Everybody you know dies. I just so, that was like a hypothetical question in the book

of questions. I remember about a bit of pop art book, you know, 30 years ago. Would you live

forever? If you can take a pill and live forever? It's like, why would anybody want to do that?

But anyway, I just want to do one at my funeral because I'm out of living at all. But then

this Brian Johnson took, I guess, a lot of mushrooms and live streamed on X, and I jumped around.

It seemed to go on for like five hours, although actually it seemed more like five months.

Oh my gosh, was that boring, but please tell me your reaction to this, and I really want to talk to you, psychedelics.

Yeah, I mean, look, anything for a buck, right? I mean, it's just like, what a stunt and whatever. I mean, you know, if you, I saw some of it. It was, it was, it was, first of all, really boring. Also, there were multiple times where they said they were having technical difficulties. I actually would love to know what he was doing during those

technical difficulties. Maybe he was having a reaction that his sponsors and the CEO of Salesforce and

whoever else was on there didn't want him to have. But it's just, it's, it's, I don't know,

it's shameful. What can I say? It's stupid. It's boring. And it's actually a horrible example you know he's setting for
