It's incredible how many things that we've been taught about what it takes to be successful

and then the beliefs that are stored in our brains that you have to be more of this.

Not so much this. You better not upset anybody, but you also better not be too

quiet. You better not be too thin and too fit and unrelated, but you also better not be too heavy. You better not be too old because then you'll be invisible but you have can't be too young because then you're not going to have enough authority and it goes on and on and on and what I'm doing in today's interview with my guest and Nancy Metoff who is the best-selling author and podcast host of unmute yourself is we are unmasking what it looks like going to your next level of success.

Because what you're seeing online, the pretty pictures that people paint.

Maybe they share some stuff after the fact,

but I want to normalize the nitty gritty on when you think nothing is working, in fact you think your

your manifestations your desires what you're wanting to achieve

are so far away from you and you've taken 80 steps backwards

in fact it's all part of it and this episode will be
