| 0:54.4 | inoculation, practicing techniques to help you manage your stress reactions. |
| 1:05.0 | So you're going to have ample time this week to practice the techniques that are going to allow |
| 1:12.8 | you to manage some of your top stressors. So we're going to be doing that in each episode together. |
| 1:20.7 | So your challenge is to do an additional five minutes a day to focus on one of your top stressors. |
