and maybe this is not what these type of books are meant for.

But what are some things I shouldn't be doing?

Like, let's look at the don'ts.

Do you have any advice for they stay away from

this type of stuff because it's not helping you? Well, I would say don't use the book to prop

up a table. I would say don't use it to warm your house in the fireplace. But, but no,

I don't have a lot of don'ts.

This book is not designed to beat people over the head with,

you know,

don't do this,

do that.

It's telling my story of when I've lived on and when I've lived off.

And the realization that everybody has this switch in their brain and you hear

people talk about it sometimes it's from the podium after a game you know basketball or football

game hey you know i flipped the switch or the switch went off or i had an aha moment or epiphany it's that

switching your brain and your brain itself that drives everything from there.

You know, your brain drives your body.

Wherever your thoughts are is where kind of the rest of you gravitates towards.
