And when I was younger, it's not something I really paid attention to because honestly,

But as I grow older and as things in the world are getting a little more challenging, this practice

has been my refuge. And I'm talking about restorative yoga. My guest today is Adeline Shion.

I happened to meet Adeline in an online training that I did with Judith and Lizzie Lassiter recently.

And I knew instantly that I needed to have

She specializes in restorative yoga. She's a restorative yoga teacher trainer. She also specializes
