And I'm excited to be with Ray Glyp, the great Ray. We met at Libelis. Hey, everybody. It's Kenneth DeNeil here. Hello. And I'm excited to be with Ray Glyp.

Ray, we met at Libelis in Scottsdale recently and your story I think um you know there's a whole lot of knowledge from from from

where you started to where you are and and sounds like you're giving back a lot now so uh why don't we

just start with your story because I think it's pretty remarkable sure um so I'm originally from

Brooklyn New York um my family were weren't rich by any means. We grew up, I guess so-so.

And after September 11th, my dad had lost his job. We were just an average family. He lost

his job. My mom, she was working, but just like most families, we found it hard to keep up.

And unfortunately, we faced homelessness.

I believe I was like 13, 14 around that age.

And I remember going to the homeless shelters.

One of the saddest times I ever had, I remember having a garbage bag, putting all my stuff into a garbage bag.

And that kind of shaped my life of what it became.

And I knew moving forward, I knew I never wanted to be homeless again.

So at that point, I think my first job was about the age of 16.

I picked up whatever side jobs I could.
