0:50.3	just went down? Well it was interesting because with Comcast chief executive
0:54.7	Brian Roberts addressing that issue during the company's quarterly earnings call late
0:59.2	last week and he said that Comcast ultimately pulled back from the pursuit of 21st century Fox because, quote,
1:07.0	we thought we couldn't build enough shareholder value.
1:10.0	Roberts is a very financially disciplined guy. In fact, that's what kind of made Brian crazy about Fox when he originally rejected Comcast's initial attempts to acquire a number of that corporation's properties.
1:24.6	Now when we looked at it, it was very interesting because it didn't just include the Fox that
1:30.7	we know.
1:31.7	It actually included everything from Fox's film and television
1:35.4	studios a number of their regional sports networks as well as the cable networks
1:40.0	like FX FXX and Nat Geo. You see Comcast's original bid for Fox was $60 billion.
