Whether it's politics, religious views, cultural norms, I think we all have different views,

but what do we do if we generally can't respect our friend's choice on something?

Like what if they're a Trump supporter?

Yes, what if it's something that may be a deal breaker for us, something that can, you know,

make you secretly judge them or change your mind about them.

I feel like more oftentimes than not, we kind of come across people like that, especially

friends, since we're always meeting friends on social media, it's so easy these days,

and we connect with them and we relate with them on so many different things.

But then they tell you, I'm just using this as an example.

Let's just use this as an example for this unfiltered thoughts.

What if they actually support Trump?

How do you feel about that?

I think when you realize a friend or a lover

and has different viewpoints than you,

you have to kind of step back and ask yourself,

how much do I care about this specific topic?

You know what I mean?

If it's something as simple as like what sports team you're rooting for, who cares?

You know what I mean?

But when it comes to basic human rights issues, I think that's when you have to take action.

I feel like I always try to understand like someone's perspective first before knocking them down or like assuming the worst about them.
