1:15.8 | worthwhile. And you all know that one of the things I love to do and plan is to run. I've run for |
1:23.6 | many years off and on more seriously at sometimes, less seriously. Others, I have no |
1:28.5 | talent, but I have a lot of persistence. And I love training with friends. I love solo, relaxed runs |
1:35.6 | with a podcast in the morning. I love the challenge of watching myself improve. And I love how I feel |
1:41.2 | after going for a run. I always find it just really just therapeutic. |
1:45.3 | There's something about the cocktail of those endorphins that for me works, wonders, |
