I had my usual bagel. I'm trying to weed myself off bread, but it's not easy.

Are you traveling a lot? Do you travel a lot to speak? Not anymore. I had been traveling practically constantly.

But I have three kids and being on the road that much just was really hard on everyone. So I'm officially off the road right now, which feels good.
