Hello On Being listeners and friends, I'm Lily Percy, executive producer for On Being Studios.

When Christa and our small team first formed our non-profit organization in 2013,

On Being was the only show that we were producing and we were one department.

Now in 2019, we have four teams and over 20 staff members, each of whom create, experiment,

and innovate in digital media, podcasts, and the work of social healing.

I have been really enjoying On Being for the inspiration of the spark of ideas that it's given me

the insights. It's also the pace of it and the kindness of the conversations that are had,
