Voters want accountability and they want the damage Trump has done to the United States to be undone. Rep. appears to be, well, redecorating. I mean, just look at the last week. On Tuesday, which was,

of course, New Year's Eve Eve, Trump's Interior Department canceled the leases of Washington,

D.C.'s three public golf courses, canceling three 50-year leases

just five years in. Now, the Washington Post reports that behind the scenes, Trump, the administration

officials, want to rebrand at least one of the properties and potentially transform it from a

public course available to a lot of people into a course that could host elite professional golf events.

So that was New Year's Eve. Then on Wednesday on New Year's Eve, of course, itself, Trump turned

his focus to another of his favorite decorating projects, his plans to build a big new arched

by the Lincoln Monument.

And then today, the day the government was open in the new year, the first day the government was open in the new year, the most powerful man in the world spent part of his day shopping

for marble for his new White House ballroom.

That is, of course, the ballroom that Trump demolished the East Wing of the White House to make room for,

a project that he now estimates will cost somewhere around $400 million.
