When you said you don't like to talk about it, obviously we won't go deep because you

don't want to talk about it, how have you then moved on? And this is actually a discussion that

I'm finding a lot in social media these days of everyone's someone who might you must forgive,

you must go back in time, you must heal a lot of the old

wound. And sometimes, though, there is power in not forgiving. And actually had to guess on,

and that was the whole thing, which is like, no, I don't have to forgive. And I actually find the

power in not forgiving someone. I find the power in not going back and, you know, looking at

that.

How do you heal that wound?

When I was younger, I was very angry.

That's what led to, you know, getting arrested and doing all those things.

I felt angry that I didn't feel like I had a mother anymore, if that makes sense.

And I think I felt angry about a lot of things I just didn't think were fair, right?

And at the time, when I was younger, I think that talking through helped to a degree until it didn't.
