Hi everyone, welcome to episode 58 of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. I hope you are doing well. Before we get to today's show, I just wanted to give you one final reminder. My 30-hour pranaima training for yoga teachers is right around the corner. You're listening to this in the last week of September and the training starts

0:21.5

first of October. And it's not going to happen for another year. And if you are keen,

0:27.2

then this is the time for you to really hit that enroll button. I'm going to quickly talk about

0:33.0

the training here for the next minute before we go into today's show. The pranayama training is, it's a

0:39.6

live training. There are live Zoom classes that happen and I've done my best to accommodate

0:45.0

all the different time zones that I possibly could. But the bonus here is the added advantage

0:51.4

is you also get access to a whole library of pre-recorded praniama videos.

0:59.2

Essentially, what I've done is I'm offering the training live, but I have taken about 90% of that live content and broken it down into this video library, this content library, where everything is structured.

1:13.8

The reason I do this is, there are two reasons why I'm doing this.

1:16.8

One is if you have a question or you want to revisit a certain topic, I don't want you

1:21.4

having to really go through hours and hours of Zoom footage trying to find that one part

1:27.0

that you need clarification on.

1:28.9

And secondly, putting things in an online library forces the lead trainer,

1:34.3

forces me to be highly organized in the way I offer this training.

1:38.4

And I think there is so much value to repetition in yoga.

1:42.1

So if you want to revise a particular technique or understand

1:45.6

a certain component, it's really easily laid out in the online library. And if you missed my

1:53.0

information session that happened last week, feel free to reach out to me and I can send you a

1:58.1

recording of the information session where I give you a brief overview of the content library and answer all questions about the pranayama training.

2:06.3

Again, this is your final call.

2:08.4

If you are interested in doing this training with me, then just make sure you go to mindful yogateachers.com and that's where you sign up.

2:21.0

Now. YogaTeachers.com and that's where you sign up. Now coming to today's show, I have Myra Levin on the show today. She is an Ayurveda
