| 0:56.7 | anxiety? Well, yes. However, if you don't have the right attitude, mindset, and response to |
| 1:05.1 | these breakthroughs, you can find yourself like you're chasing your tail. |
| 1:11.6 | Round and around you go. |
| 1:13.6 | And often the breakthrough doesn't really live that long within you. |
| 1:18.6 | And you find yourself worrying, catastrophizing, |
| 1:21.6 | and being completely fixated on your symptoms again soon after the breakthrough. So I want to talk about three very important points here. |
| 1:30.7 | And I hope that you can empathize with what it is I'm about to talk about. |
| 1:35.0 | The first thing is that if you cling to the breakthrough and the feeling that accompanies it, |
| 1:42.9 | you are therefore clinging, which aligns you right back with fear. |
| 1:50.2 | When you suffer from health anxiety, you are clinging to an idea related to a better feeling, |
| 1:58.9 | the lack of symptoms, mental clarity, and the ability to be more |
| 2:03.4 | functional as you go about the day. There's a hoping, there's a begging, there's a clinging to that. |
| 2:09.6 | And the thing is that when you wake up in the morning and you are clinging to that, you will be |
| 2:15.7 | disappointed very, very quickly because you've been |
| 2:19.5 | in such a sensitized state for so long, and I would recommend that you basically anticipate |
