All right are looking at farmland partners this is a reet that owns high quality cropland farmland with 132 thousand acres in 15 states here in the united states now Now 2.1% yield. So not a high yield compared to a lot of other reeds that are out there. So that's one thing to consider. But as you know, having a low or high yield isn't is not the end of the story. It just part of the story let's look at the rest of the

story a 513 million dollar market cap with about 300 million dollars in debt so good amount of
