| 0:56.4 | on the left lower quadrant right by your ribcage, makes a hormone called insulin. |

| 1:08.0 | In other words, it triggered by sugar or anything that turns into sugar. |
| 1:11.0 | So anything sweet, anything that anything sweet, anything that like even refined grains can trigger insulin, |

| 1:20.0 | and then what it does is it removes the sugar from your blood. |
