Hi, everyone, and welcome back to our Thursday Q&A show. I hope you're having a lovely week. We are right in this powerful period of holidays and ride around this winter solstice energy.

And it's such a powerful time to reflect, to learn, to discern, to pick through information, to see how we want to move forward.

And that includes in our food cornerstone, right?

How we eat has a profound effect on our mood, on our energy, on our health, on our skin, on our

When we're in this really, you know, we're eating a lot of fractured foods, we tend to be

more irritated.
