| 0:56.3 | Well it just means using other alternative forms of income other than using just traditional income. |
| 1:02.3 | So asset depletion by example is, let's say, |

| 1:07.2 | hasn't filed taxes in three years, |
| 1:08.8 | but he has 2 million sitting in the bank account. |

| 1:11.7 | So it could be someone that, you know, sold something, |
| 1:14.6 | got really rich. |
| 1:15.8 | Now they have the assets to be able to, you know, buy something |
| 1:18.4 | and they want to buy something. |
| 1:19.7 | Every bank's going to turn them away |
| 1:21.1 | even though they have $2 million in the bank. |
| 1:23.2 | Instead, we'll take that $2 million, maybe take a percentage of it, like 70% or 80% of it as cash, |
| 1:30.1 | divided over 60 months and use that as income to qualify for a loan. So now this person that couldn't buy before can now buy a property that they want to buy. |
